Our 100% guarantee provides you with a full refund or exchange when you return any purchase within 30 days. Product must be new and unopened and accompanied by an original receipt. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Defective product returned within 30 days will be replaced at no charge or the customer may elect to receive a full refund. Receipt required.

Defective product returned after 30 days but within 120 days will be replaced at no charge or the customer may elect to receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit. Refunds on open billing accounts will receive a credit to their account. Receipt required.

Software must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unopened packaging for refund. FranklinPlanner provides a 30-day warranty against software defects.

Due to the nature of the product, FranklinPlanner does not offer refunds on downloaded software unless technical defects in the software itself prevent the software from functioning.
